The connect app is no longer supported

Sigadore

Just completed a call with customer service at Walgreens and they know the App does not work. They are working with the developer to get a new App, but this one is no longer supported. Symptom for me is that my device will not pair successfully on and iOS device that I have. It currently only works manually.

What a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

I purchased the Arm Blood Pressure Monitor because I thought having the app would be an easy way to track my reading. I followed all the steps only for it to say “Device not supported”. Such a disappointment!!!

Bluetooth does not connect

Attempted to connect multiple times and app indicates device is not supported. Worthless.

...With the main Walgreens app with a sub or section menu to give it’s own section.

Was excited to get my BP machine connected to the app and I kept getting a “device not compatible” message even though I’m looking at the exact model and picture for connection in the app. I called customer service and they said they’re updating some things and they don’t know when the app will be usable again or if it will be. This is ridiculous. Stop charging as much for it and advertising it on your products then.

Worthless App

Can not get a glucose meter to connect to the app on either Android or iOS. Called the help line 3 days ago and all they said was they were working on it. They haven’t even updated the app in 2 yrs! A big corporation can’t even keep up with the times!

It will not connect to device

This app does not connect to my BP monitor via Bluetooth. I have tried multiple times and it just fails again and again.

False advertisement

This app is not active at all and and they didn’t make adjustments to packaging, so when I brought it with the intention of using the app I was miss lead and it doesn’t have the feature of connecting to my computer for uploading like my older unit did. Customer service said they don’t have a app currently but may have one in the future, although I doubt it because I had to ask if they would, but the yes response sounded more like trying to end the call. So now tracking has to be done manually. I put 1 Star for the app so I could post this, otherwise it’s zero because it’s not a functioning app

Don’t believe the hype

Paid extra for a device that was supposed to pair with my phone. All I got was “device not supported” when I tried. Why have the app download to the device if the device is not compatible or supported? Get it together Walgreens. Stop cheating your customers.

Piece of worthless crap

Today I made the mistake of purchasing a more expensive model of BP cuff than I would have because of the Bluetooth capability and the fallacious belief that the app actually WORKED. I mean, latest software on the phone, new product - should be no prob, correct? An HOUR of my life has been wasted trying to get this waste of bits and bytes to work. I keep getting “
