Stupid app!!!

bagalindo

App doesn’t pair with device. I just keep getting an Error 4. I called the help desk and they were of no help at all! Why does Walgreens sell a device promoting the Bluetooth feature and it doesn’t even work with the only app that it can be paired with??!! Seems by previous reviews this has been going on and you still haven’t fixed it, why?! I wish I could give a “no star” review but it wouldn’t let me either.

Won’t Connect

JesANOldGuy

They should change the name to Walgreens Won’t Connect! I spent $70 on a new blood pressure monitor (Walgreens brand) and I cannot get it to Cindy to Won’t Connect. Called Homedics, the manufacturer of the monitor and they told me a new version was coming in March, maybe. It’s almost May and nothing. I agree on the ability to connect to Apple Health. Would really like it to connect to their monitors.

This app fails to let me log in often. When I open it it starts the loading process but NEVER loads. Requires deleting the app (which loses all my previous history) then to reopen from the cloud re-input screen name & password, then works for, maybe a week and this annoying process starts all over. Very frustrating in a world of instant electronic information. Not a threat, but the next time it doesn’t load, neither will I.

Awful

Does not connect at all, Walgreens says this version is no longer supported and a new app is on the way but they have no idea when. Worthless.

App no longer supported

IsThisNicknameTakenGodDamnIt?

Walgreens is still selling the Bluetooth-enabled wrist cuff blood pressure monitor, despite the fact that (as I found out on my 2nd call to customer service) they haven’t supported this app since last October.

Total garbage

Don’t waste time downloading. The app doesn’t work. Zero stars. Walgreens should be ashamed of themselves for taking this app to market.

Health equipment not coupons

Glendehahn

This is for health equipment not some coupon fix it and make it work. 99$ bp device won’t connect. Come on. This is ridiculous. And no support whatsoever. Every time I try to connect a BP monitor to this app it says device not supported.

The BP monitor I got would not Bluetooth connect!

KeeterBlack

When the monitor would not pair up I took it back and got a refund. Thanks to the reviews posted here, sounded like a was of time to mess with it! Thanks for the reviews for heads up. You would think they would not sell a device that has so much trouble!

Meh

kclemon63

Would be nice if the app would actually connect with the device. iPhone 10s max. Latest software.

Horrible way to trick customers

Walgreen’s should be ashamed of theirselves for trying to get people to buy this device just so they can track their blood pressure using the app via Bluetooth. With the app you should not only be able to track your pressure but you should earn reward points as well. So I’ll just track my own points for this week because I need to do it for my doctor. But I’m returning this blood pressure machine for the one that is $20 less unless they send me $20 in the mail. This appears to be a fraudulent way to get additional revenue because they know the Bluetooth doesn’t work. Every time I connect it connects shows up in my iPhone Bluetooth area as “Connected” then the Walgreen’s App displays an error that there was trouble connecting with the Bluetooth device. Please try again later. Shame on you Walgreen’s. I need my $20 back.
