Lawsuits against Sony

I started my account in April, and downgraded to the free version after the first month as the services were not what I wanted. Today I got a notification from my bank that I had been charged $9.99 by VRV not once but TWICE in one day. I have not restarted a paid membership. There is also no phone number to reach out to customer service, just email, which makes it horribly inconvenient to get my money back. Overall, sleezy business practices and don’t recommend. It’s a branch of Sony which is well known to have unauthorized transactions on their services, with many scandalous lawsuits against them.

I gave it a 2 star because there is not English thing in the anime and it’s in subtitles but I don’t like reading but yeah…I gave it 2 stars

The way that these episodes buffer and not play is so sad, the videos buffer for about 3 minutes. The ads mess up and keep replaying or I will have to go out of the app and go back for the ad to play and finally watch the show. The words and the video dont match up, its really starting to get on my nerves and I really want to give the app a bad rating, but I want to watcy the show. Please fix this!

All right so I look in every anime and they are still tv-14 it’s like a flipbook but the stick man is not moving it’s like every page of a Flipbook even yu-gi-oh! is tv-14 I looked on Netflix but it’s not TV-14 so yeah VRV please fix it or else I’m gonna hit my head on my phone again look OK I’m autistic and I don’t want to look at the same age rating over and over again it’s just I feel like there’s one anime that’s is for kid

Been using for 3 years now and most of the channels that once were are gone, things like shudder, curiosity stream, boomerang, nick splat, rooster teeth, are all gone, might as well just be Crunchyroll 2 electric boogaloo at this point.
I like anime.. I like VRV… but..

I like anime, I like it so much I give u money to watch it. Now that said, you won’t let me watch anime and do other stuff. For example, I like to play single player games, and watch anime at the same time, but unless I’m on my computer I can’t do this. Why can’t I make the picture small like pretty much every other app, and do other stuff? Is this ever going to be worked on? If it isn’t then I’m going to have to find another source.
