Overall I think it is a great app with lots of pros to consider, however the pros are greatly outweighed by the amount of cons. The library is positively expansive and includes so much to enjoy but you can’t really enjoy it with how much it freezes and the amount of ads it has. I get that you are a company and you exist to make money, but when your ethics and business model include priorities like ads over user experience you will make much less money rather than if you chose less ads invest in better lag compensation and user experience you will get a lot more users and a lot more money along with it.

I didn’t pay money for premium for the app to stop working for certain anime when I wanted to watch a anime it kept on coming up as they couldn’t load it but if I chose on a different random anime is loaded fully fix this

It's good app but the subtitles are little delayed and there is way too much ads but besides that it's a good app

Tooooo many adds. U get three ads, 3-4 times in each episode. A total of 12 ads. That’s tooo many. I can understand one ad every three times but 12!? Fix this ASAP.

The first thing I notice is that my content didn’t even bother to load it just kept saying that that there is an interference with the Internet and that is bull crap because one I have this on my TV and this works just fine also my friends have this and they’ve noticed the exact same problem and that is even bigger bull crap because I know they have some very good Internet connection so I’m wondering why the hell am I paying for subscription to watch good anime if I’m not even gonna get to watch the anime not just that when it does work it’s going to say the exact same thing that my Internet isn’t working while I’m watching the anime so yeah don’t get this app

Sometimes it won’t even load the episodes to every show not just a single one have to end up deleting and Reinstalling is each time don’t know if this is a premium problem or not but the reason it’s only 3 stars for me is because I barely use the app but if I used it much more it would be a 2 as I’m sure it would keep happening as it already has

I love the app but one thing I do recommend if you guys update it on the tv apps everytime I’m watching a show it keeps pausing and buffering or it’d say something went wrong loading video but for the most part it’s a good app. If you guys fix that it would a 5 star app DO UPDATE ON CONSOLES!!!!!

I pay for premium, I only use Crunchyroll and HiDive. It’s better than Crunchyroll’s app. What really is irritating are some of the bugs, also recently I was still paying for premium, and had episodes downloaded for offline, but an update deleted all of them and I had no idea.
