Lawsuits against Sony – VRV - Different All Together Review

I started my account in April, and downgraded to the free version after the first month as the services were not what I wanted. Today I got a notification from my bank that I had been charged $9.99 by VRV not once but TWICE in one day. I have not restarted a paid membership. There is also no phone number to reach out to customer service, just email, which makes it horribly inconvenient to get my money back. Overall, sleezy business practices and don’t recommend. It’s a branch of Sony which is well known to have unauthorized transactions on their services, with many scandalous lawsuits against them.
