when im watching a show sometimes the audio pops and it really pisses me off can they fix it

As a premium user it’s great. A lot of anime and extra content that if I am interested in, I can watch. But it does need a UI update, one of the problems with VRV is the function of deleting anime/videos you don’t care to watch anymore off of your recently watched. It just stays there permanently and it becomes a nuisance as the video's pile up. Netflix has finally added the option to delete shows off your recently watched when you no longer the interest in the particular show, in turn they finally have less clutter. VRV still has this, I’m paying more than Netflix for less than ideal service. VRV seriously needs to add this function for users as it is annoyance that builds up over time. There’s also these small bugs where anime’s will disappear from your Watchlist and every time you add the particular anime back, it simply removes once again right in front of your eyes. The UI is absolutely atrocious and it needs work, I simply don’t understand where my money is going if they have these major UI and bugs that need to be ironed out. I recommend people simply don’t use this app as a terrible UI ruins a great experience.

When I watch anime the ads always come over and pops out I don’t know whereLike We are trying to destroy the world like I’m trying to watch anime here no ads no nothing I’m trying to watch can you guys please remove the ads because it gets me really mad when the ads come on in the buffering every time I skip it really really really takes forever can you guys just please remove the ads and make it non-Wi-Fi so then no one will have to deal with the buffering

I love VRV and use it for all my anime and rooster teeth and cartoon needs but the app is so glitchy and never works properly. I’d really like if the auto play feature would work at all as well.

I can’t get premium at all I’m tired of the ads so every time I go for premium it never goes to the page where I can actually pay or get free premium

I love vrv because they have almost every anime I can think of, and the rare few that I can’t find on vrv, I can find on Hulu so there must be a contract issue I’m that department, my problem with the app is that when you try to fast forward or rewind past an open theme, etc. you are blindly guessing where your video with pick up, this is especially tedious when streaming to a chrome cast, if they simply made a little box in which you can view what part of the video you are on while scrubbing through the timeline, it would be a complete fix and the app would be worth 5 stars in my opinion

It takes the app 20 seconds just to open up and show the selections. Which is absurd for a streaming platform, Crunchyroll only takes about 2-3 seconds for it to open for me. So why does this take 10x as much time? Another feature I’d like to see be implanted is a “new” section showing you the latest episode or anime. Other then those issues I really enjoy the app.
