Garbage app

The payment system on this app clearly uses Commodore 64 technology. I felt like I was wrestling with coked up alligators just trying to enter information. Horrendous. The 1 star rating is too generous.

Fix your s$@& so we can use the application. It won't let me sign in, it won't let me purchase tickets, and it never shows the monthly ticket for purchase. I am truly disappointed.


Convenient but Buggy

While I enjoy the convenience of having my train ticket on my phone, a persistent bug has made it difficult to actually purchase tickets using Split Payment. The confirmation button that appears after allocating payment amounts fails to disappear after tapping "Done," and completely blocks the Buy Now button. I have to purchase my tickets through the website for now. Please fix!


Buggy and not reliable!

I really like technology and enjoy the thought of having tickets in an electronic format on your phone. However, this has to be one of the worst apps ever made. It is not stable at all, and throws more error messages than any other app I have ever seen. I honestly believe I could have built a better app in less time. It is quite possibly the worst app ever developed. Hence the reason for me actually taking the time to write a review.

Tracking trains doesn't work

The transit tracker appears to be linked only to scheduled times, delays are not factored in. The map feature from the older app was better. Maybe a map with comment bubbles above any delayed trains listing delay times would be best.


App & website don't talk

The interface between the mobile app and the vre mobile website do not communicate with each other. The steps in the help file concerning moving your tickets so you don't loose them don't work b/c the items are not there to select.
