Took forever to load the App

VRE touts their recent app update as being “faster”. Not sure what world they live in, but the app takes forever to load and it’s not nearly as responsive as the old one. Hey, VRE...stop making fixes until you’ve tested it.

Does anyone at VRE use this thing? New version features: slower than the old one, confusing and clunky layout, still not able to show real time map without browser. This is sad. Almost 4 minutes for app to open on an iPhone X. Is this for real?
Updated app

The updated app is actually worse than the original version. Please fix the update. I am rarely able to open this app in a timely manner and sometimes it does not open at all.

VRE app was great until late 2019 when a new interface was released similar to the Maryland MARC. Now it takes 5 minutes to open, doesn’t correctly track remaining tickets and closes sessions without any rhyme or reason. Outreach via the VRE mailbox to address these issues resulted in no response.
Slow startup

App is very slow to start. Not helpful when the conductor is making his rounds and you have to wait several minutes to show a ticket
New app update is garbage

The app takes 5 minutes or more of sitting undisturbed to even open and appears to be counting my tickets wrong. It’s a headache to use and haven’t heard anything on a support ticket I submitted to VRE weeks ago. The old app version worked so well, this one is awful.
