Updated app is slow to load. Also dropped cvc on purchase method during transfer from old to new app. Seems to work well once it loads.

Running iPhone 13.3.1 . Takes sometimes 5 min to open initially. Garbage app. Makes me want to drive.
Tickets Expire Too Soon

We tossed away $19 first time using this app. I wanted to purchase tickets day before. Website says physical tickets last 5 days, then can be used. This app tickets last only one day. No warning until after I purchased the tickets. Last time I will ever use it.
Very convenient but has a few bugs.

I sit next to a lady with the app on her Samsung. The app has a train on the background the moves but not on the iPhone 6. It's great not having to validate paper tickets anymore!!!

"Alert! There was an error registering: Something bad has happened!" I get the message above just trying to create my account. It never tells you *what* happened or what to do about it, you only get the choice of clicking OK. After getting out of that screen, it seemed to have registered me but I'm hesitant to put my credit card info in an app that tells me "something bad has happened!" If it's helpful, I have an iPhone 6 Plus. Sorry - you're not ready for prime time yet, guys.

Can't create an account

As one other reviewer has already mentioned here, I receive an alert that "something bad has happened" whenever I try to even create an account. That's after trying to get the "create an account" button to even register my finger press after about a dozen or so attempts; all the other buttons work fine. Using an iPhone 5, no other apps open. And seeing how there appears to be no alternative means for creating an account, until this bug is fixed, paper tickets it is...

Unable to create an account. So far very disappointing. Called tech support but they also had no idea why. They forwarded the ticket to the developers who never called.
