I wish this worked as advertised. It hardly ever works on my desktop computer. I have to force a quit to close it. It works sporadically on my phone and IPad but I often have to turn it off to access my apps. Not worth the money. I have contacted ExpressVPN more than once but the fixes they suggest either don’t work or work for a short time before screwing up my device.

The speeds are good but you become vulnerable or "at risk" every time you lock your phone. 19 times out of 20 this happens and I have to go to the setup screen and manually connect again. This is a problem unique to them that I never experience with other "lesser" providers. Unfortunately their customer service can't seem to figure out why. They also require around 4 forms of identification just to be able to even speak with you so make sure you have it all saved somewhere. I have an iPhone so it may be better with Android.

This app worked PERFECTLY!! I travel out of the states a lot but wasn’t to be able to watch my fav shows (that I pay for - and am a US citizen) & this is the only VPN I found that worked. Customer service was also great when I had an issue & they helped me pick the correct city to work with the show I was trying to watch. Thanks

I paid for a full year of service only to find out it doesn't work. Tried all instructions they gave and updated the app. Ironically they still advertise themselves as "the best VPN in china". Such a joke

Express VPN is very good, however, it does not always automatically connect to my internet. When I turn on my phone, I have to always check to see if Express VPN has connected to the internet automatically.
