Very fast, very useful tool

although the price is somewhat high. But I'm curious, why not support in-app purchases? I hope I can buy a package in my iPad.

I’ve been using the app for about 4 months and it has a lot of problems: 1. Connections drop frequently 2. When the app has an update you have to delete the app completely and reinstall from the App Store in order for the update install. 3. In the last month (since the last update or two of the app) I’ve noticed a huge spike in my cell data usage, so I’m now being charged data overages on my cell plan. Now I have to turn off ExpressVPN’s cellular data so that I don’t plow throw my data limit. And not using a VPN when -I’m not in WiFi range obviously defeats a large part of the purpose of having a VPN to begin with.
Disappointing app and service

I recommended this app to my friend today. She downloaded it and bought 1 year membership but couldn't log in. Both her account and my account works on my older version of expressvpn but neither one works on hers, which is the lastest one. Talked to two supports and none can fix my problem. One couldn't even understand my problem and kept giving me same phrases over and over again--like what is your account email, did you try to uninstall/reinstall.

Purchased couple of days ago and just landed in China. My cellphone doesn't work at all. I can't even use data if I was trying to connect with the app. So disappointed. I heard it's because the CPC national congress. Just wanna know when this is going to end or I want my refund.
Updated kicking me off WiFi

I just recently updated and it is kicking me off my home WiFi when I turn on VPN. I tried going into Airplane Mode and it keeps me on WiFi but doesn’t show the WiFi or VPN symbol in the top left corner. The app shows VPN is on, but cant tell if it shuts off or if it’s actually working when app is closed. Otherwise, a pretty solid app and reliable VPN service.
Battery drain

It's a simple and effective VPN, but as of late, it seems to be draining my battery a lot more than it used to. Hopefully they'll update to address the issue.
