Downloaded the app to my iPad, tried to set up an account. Wants me to do a 7 day trial period, but tells me it’s not available and to set up a subscription. But there is no way to set up the subscription without registering for the free trial first. Update…it doesn’t tell you this on the App Store, but go to their website to register and set up an account. The relaunch the app and sign in. Very easy to use once you figure that piece out.

If you end your subscription you better keep checking, cause it turns back on. I cancelled mine twice and it's turned back on twice.
Been a pain and it sends a code

Downloaded this to my iphone. If I have it connected and then I want to get on my credit card account, the credit card wants to send me a code to sign on. If I disconnect my VPN then I can get on the credit card website without a code. Big pain in the butt
Makes Google Useless

Every time I try to use Google when connected to Express VPN this message pops up -- "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot" -- and am forced to solve a reCAPTCHA puzzle before completing any search. Very annoying. Am no computer scientist but suspect the problem is because Express VPN overloads Google by routing everything through just a few servers. I have reluctantly switched to Bing and am not happy about it but am tired of wasting time fiddling with reCAPTCHA.
