Don’t get an account with this company. The customer service is terrible. It’s nearly impossible to transfer to another company.
This App is Basic

This is a hard pill to swallow. TIAA-Cref is a better and more user friendly app. One big glitch after another. I’ll be calling SURS in the am to request a switch back. Just terrible.
Why can’t I view all accounts?

I have a Roth IRA and a deferred compensation plan with Voya but can’t see the IRA in the app. The website is just as complicated and troublesome. I don’t understand why Voya can’t make it more user friendly to see your funds.
The bare minimum, and always at least a day behind

Account balances are always a day behind, which is unacceptable and not the case with Fidelity or Merrill Edge, which are constantly updated. No graphs showing account activity. No way to see if you have lost $ without using a pencil. No place to get help or ask questions. I was stuck in Voya involuntarily by my former employer; strongly considering moving my $ out. Customer service??? Ha! Update: Shut down without warning for “maintenance” - ha! That’ll be the day. I don’t remember ever seeing this crApp updated. 2 days behind last time it let me check.
Useless financial app

This app feels like it was made overnight, useless, it doesn’t show investment performance history past ytd, and even that is shown by a pathetically simple graph, no way to search performance(actual numbers, prices,past or present) of any investments, basic isn’t the word, absolutely horrible, this app looks and acts like it was written by a child with basic coding experience and zero investment knowledge. Already looking at other firms to move my accounts, because if this is an example of their companies dedication to details, don’t exactly feel safe with them handling my future.
Almost perfect

I like this app for my workplace 401k (although I have no choice). It will show you your YTD rate of return, however I wish it would show you your daily/ytd rate of returns on each position you are invested in. Almost every other investment app does this. YTD is useful but I like seeing multiple other time frame rates of return too.
