I use the correct login information. I reset the pin 3 times and use all methods to try to get into MY account to see MY money and it tells me I’m wrong an to call the hotline. I call the hotline and it doesn’t put me in touch with anyone to fix this.

This app is junk. Half of the information that a person should be able to review, are not working. It is very frustrating at times. Voya needs to step up their app game. I wish the company I work for would have never gotten away from T Rowe Price.
