The bare minimum, and always at least a day behind – Voya Retire Review

Account balances are always a day behind, which is unacceptable and not the case with Fidelity or Merrill Edge, which are constantly updated. No graphs showing account activity. No way to see if you have lost $ without using a pencil. No place to get help or ask questions. I was stuck in Voya involuntarily by my former employer; strongly considering moving my $ out. Customer service??? Ha! Update: Shut down without warning for “maintenance” - ha! That’ll be the day. I don’t remember ever seeing this crApp updated. 2 days behind last time it let me check.
