Loses saved fingerprint option often and prevents iOS keychain from remembering password. Once logged in, App is good.

Just started with my new employer and the app is much more interactive fluid making transitioning seamless. Fidelity investments app was boring and often didn’t cooperate.

The app only shows what the value of your investments not what you have contributed overall.

Such disappointment!!! Just trying to Log In is a big hassle, time consuming and frustration. What a heck is wrong with your company!? What morons are leading it?! I see them buying shares of PPR for their fat profits, but hey, we put our money, time and trust in such hands! Are you aware of your visibly slow retardation of doing things?! With all do respect I wish I never had to deal with Voya

The UI needs a complete overhaul as navigation is overly complicated and has the visual appeal of an app from 2010. It would also be nice if daily and weekly returns would be added so I don’t have to use different apps to monitor those.

I think the app has t been updated since AOL. Lacks a lot of information on your account, hard to find what you are looking for. Pretty much useless.

App is horrible to navigate thoroughly, not user friendly at all, you click into for example investment trends and leads you to a page of nothing...this app literally needs to be completely redone i have no choice to use this the fact NYC switch over to voya and the fact I’m leaving a review which is probably my second time in my life leaving a negative review goes to say how bad this app is
