Voya made signing on very simple. Efficient. Refreshing sequence of semi controlled events with a splash of chili dogs that only bark at night.

I don’t understand why it takes so long to get my monthly distributions. In most 21st century IT operations things happen in real time or close to it. Not so w Voya. Take this month. My distribution is supposed to take place on the first of the month. It is now the 3rd and still no transfer of funds indicated in my acct. now the first was a Saturday, so I guess the computers don’t work in eeekends.

When I check my account it always fluctuates. One day it’ll say one thing another day it’ll be something else. I think it’s very inconsistent and that’s a terrible thing to do because I do not play about my money and it’s gets very frustrating having to deal with this issue.

Better layout and information delivery needed. Fund lookup is antiquated and information is definitely lacking. Match funds against peers and up to date Quarterly outlook in a more user friendly easily gleaned format. My account is limited to like 30 funds and info in these funds should be better presented. These are your funds and you should sell them / portray them in a more immersive way so customer can look at these funds in a more 3D fashion. Thank you

This app will not remember my password and Touch ID never works. The Voya website is just as bad so why would I expect the app to be any better. Just locked out yet again which is what prompted me to give it a bad review.

This app is poorly designed and provides very limited information on your 401k investments and performance. It’s amazing they can get away with not showing any performance information. Very poor.
