Fantast app interface with easy to navigate pages and screens. The user-friendly nature of the entire app is comforting, given the hectic nature of trying to sort through your retirement accounts.

I use the correct login information. I reset the pin 3 times and use all methods to try to get into MY account to see MY money and it tells me I’m wrong an to call the hotline. I call the hotline and it doesn’t put me in touch with anyone to fix this.

This app has basic functionality. It gives little details on individual fund performance.

This app is junk. Half of the information that a person should be able to review, are not working. It is very frustrating at times. Voya needs to step up their app game. I wish the company I work for would have never gotten away from T Rowe Price.
