I was not able to pay my insurance and other bills by phone using my mobile phone from Mexico even after dialing correctly. I tried my Vonage extension app and it worked as if I was back home in California. Plus my home extension rings wherever I am as if U never left home. That is really cool!
Worst service & super expensive

Lately Extension app is buggy. Always gets error while calling from the app. They are removing features without any notice. Also they charge high taxes. We end-up paying $45 bill every month for one line of service. There are many alternate services which charge less, offer excellent service.
Buggy - Good for short calls

Although this app does let you make and answer WiFi calls on your Vonage account, it's buggy. It has delays in the audio that get longer and longer as you talk. After 10–15 minutes, the delays are so bad that it sounds like you're interrupting each other. You have to hang up and call back to get the delays back down. Another minor bug is that the badge on the icon is stuck and won't go down to zero, even after clearing out messages and missed calls. I'm sure I could uninstall/reinstall, but that's not worth the effort. I've been using the Vonage service for around 15 years and I'm generally happy with it, and I do get some occasional mileage out of this app, but I would get more use out of it if they fixed the delays so I can use it for longer conversations. PS. It would also be nice if you could customize the ringtone. :-)

I have been having lots of problems with Vonage since I installed it in my new IPHONE. Every time I place a call, after talking 5 or 10 seconds the line drops and disconnects. I have to wait for at least a minute before I can try again. I never had a problem with my old phone by since the last Vonage update I have had all kinds of problems. I used to have Vonage on a phone at home but even that phone was getting a lot of static and problems we finally got rid of it. I really need help. Techi2

It is wonderful being able to answer home calls on my mobile phone whenever we are away. Great having for that important call that comes when you’ve stepped out of the house.

I love this application however lately it's taking long to connect call even on wifi and Since app in App Store never been update after so many iOS software update we need updated version polish the app we love this application and very useful everyday please give update with many other features and smoothly using
