After upgrade to iOS 11, issues with Vonage app

The app freezes if I switch between the phone app and Vonage to make a call and come back. I have to kill the app and restart it.

After Apple went iOS11 EXTENSIONS is no longer in Alpha numerical order!!! Called Vonage Aeveral Times, THEY DO NOT CARE! 80% of calls to Cebu Philippines are not making it through; I pay $29 for 3000 minutes in Globe and network Quality is extremely degraded in las 6-months (way too-many Filipino Subscribers). Calls to SUN NETWORKS (the network of the poor) are billed from time that STARTS RINGING (Against USA LAW) calls must be completed (answered) BEFORE it can be billed; CALLS TO CEBU SUN NETWORKS ARE IMPOSSIBLE they never get connected; you get 3-calls billed per minute because VONAGE charge start as soon as you are ringing (not connected) Have to call Vonage CS several times because OVER-BILLING!!! Several calls for low (terrible) quality. THEY FLAT OUT REFUSE TO UPDATE EXTENSIONS APP since iOS11, everyone else did but VONAGE REFUSES. I would given them ZERO STARS IF I COULD. T

You cannot dismiss calls. Meaning as long as its ringing your phone is not usable for any other purpose. I have missed many turns driving because it will not let me access my gps until it is done ringing

One of the greatest tools to call overseas. Have been using since 2008. Easiest and cheapest way to reach family across the Globe.

The app works fine but has one bug that should be easy to fix. Whenever listening to a conversation on “Speaker” mode, the volume cannot be lowered or increased.

Not compatible with IOS 11 or iPhone X

We need a way to associate a call in Recents with an existing Contact. We also need a way to send in needed changes to the app!

I love being able to answer my Vonage phone calls on my cell phone. The biggest frustration has been that of a lack of syncing with caller ID. When the call comes in I only see the phone number but not the caller ID. After I have declined to answer the call because it was not identified, then I see information regarding the name of who was calling.
