Doesn’t work with new phone

I’ve had Vonage for 15 years and started using the Extensions app when it first came out. It worked well, no problems until I upgraded my phone. Now the app doesn’t work. I can’t log-in because it says my home phone (my Vonage number) is invalid. I called support and they were unable to resolve the problem - she told me to try logging on later! I’ve emailed support but no reply and it’s been a week. Disappointed because this app worked very well for me.

I love Vonage Extensions.

Vonage extensions is great. Now when I’m out, I can still get call us from my house on my phone.

Need to be able to copy a phone number from Recent Calls

Transporting phone

I have been waiting for over two weeks close to a month to port my number. They have fallen down on the job on this one. No home phone since 6/21. Now 7/12. Bad business. Telephone operators all in the Phillapenes ( sp). They have no clue! Very bad support. 453654321

Great tool

I travel a lot and we have had Vonage since the start, very very useful and low cost. Now a days you can reach most people you know with other phone apps, but it works great for landlines and cell phones not within your network.

Great for out of the office phone calls

The app is great for receiving calls out of the office. The voicemails section has a bug that will randomly show no messages when you in fact DO have messages and then when the messages actually show up and when you press play you can’t hear the messages! Please fix!!! I have to go on my computer and download the .wav file to hear it ?

Good. What about caller ID?

It’s a great app. The only thing that irritates me is being unable to see , along with the number calling, the caller ID in the screen when receiving a call. I can see it after it goes to voice mail in the app and in the missed call notification. But there has been many calls I’d have answered if I knew the caller ID at the moment of the call. Please add this feature!

App no longer works

It’s impossible to retrieve messages , frustrating and annoying because the app keeps shutting down. Reinstall did NOT help. Vonage needs to fix the bugs , taking my business elsewhere , no longer dependable .

Retrieving and deleting voice mails were unreliable

I had to try a few times to make sure voice mails were retrieved and deleted.
