Problems listening to voicemails

In the last several months, it’s been a real problem trying to retrieve and listen to voicemail thru the app, taking multiple attempts (5-10 minutes to listen to ONE) to list the voicemails and listen to one. VERY FRUSTRATING!! I’ve reported the issue to tech support three times with no follow-up or resolution. Thinking of switching to Ooma.

Used to work, now voicemail does not work through the app. Only way to retrieve is to call the voicemail retrieval number and follow prompts - very inconvenient.

I would will a zero if that were available!!! Wether I use the extension app or my landline phone, I never can get through on my call at once. Majority of the time I have to just give up. Always saying “you currently do not have sufficient credit to make the call, dial star 621#” this is ridiculous!!! It’s 2020 Vonage! Using your service remind me of the 80s and 90s! Please revamp your entire services

Was working fine until the latest iOS update. Now can’t hear anyone speaking when calls are made on data. Works fine on WiFi but that defeats the purpose of having the app on my cell phone.

Wi-Fi idialing works but not everywhere some places like hospitals will allow dialing out through magicJack but they don’t work on Wi-Fi with Vonage also the device must have a connected cell phone number to install magicJack does not require this and allows you to install it on devices like iPhones that do not have any cell service so that they can be used at Wi-Fi locations it also allows installation on the laptops and tablets whereas Vonage extensions does not overall it’s very good but only if youHave cell service on the device vantage is limited whereas magicJack has a wider range of devices and for some unknown reason works in more locations than Vonage extension for Wi-Fi dialing
Voice mails awkward

So convenient to be able to make international calls wherever I am, AND to answer my business phone in or out of the office. Love that portion of the app. Needs to fix: Manage Home Acct: keeps going back to sign in sheet after checking each voice message. Very time consuming and awkward. Update: it keeps you signed in now but still now easy to check voicemail, keeps going back to home page and its takes About 5 steps to get back each time, sometimes have about 15 voicemails so it gets to be time consuming ... Please fix and then it will be perfect! Update: Voicemail rerouting has been fixed, thank you. Ability to enable ‘badges’ notifications on screen for voicemails is not available, would like to see this in next update. It’s been over a year since last update so hopefully iOS 14 update is coming soon and will fix this problem.
Poor product with bad app experience

The app won’t respond when you get to the settings page. Opening the billing and payments will often won’t take you anywhere. Not to forget, it’s way more costlier compare to other products like CallIndia for WiFi calling internationally.
Great app but needs Apple Watch support

I have had Vonage for over 10 years and am quite happy with it. When I am away from the house it rings on my phone and in the car via Bluetooth. It really needs to add support for the Apple Watch. There used to be a Watch app but it was deleted. Add it into Extensions, PLEASE
