Never works on the first launch.

I have used this app for quite some time and I really tried to like it, but it never works on the first time and that’s the most annoying thing about it. Expect to see “thinking” a lot as well as it sometimes just hangs there forever. You can always eventually get it to work after repeating yourself a couple times, but man that’s annoying. I don’t know if I can blame the app or the phone or the watch or the fact that it has to authenticate itself every time, but this app doesn’t do what it needs to at all. I truly hope this app gets better, it really could be useful.

I got this solely to control my smart devices that were already connected to Alexa with my Apple Watch. I tell it “turn off the lights” and it does. It does the job every time and works without fail. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about.

It does what is advertised. Also at least it’s faster than the official app for just doing a quick voice search.

does exactly what I want it to do. I can launch it with lift to speak, turn on/off my alarm, lights, tv, and play music by room from my s6 watch. Awesome app.

With a house fully Alexa equipped this App completes the process of convenient and efficient on the move voice control. Yes, it may take a second or two to connect to Alexa, but it then executes my voice commands efficiently and effectively. Thanks for your addition to the simplification of completing routine tasks as I move about. And, in advance, thanks for keeping the app up to date as we evolve through updates to operating systems for my iPhone and Apple Watch

I have IOS 13 installed and I can’t get this to work as a Siri voice shortcut on the Apple Watch with Watch OS 6. I can get it to work a majority of the time as a screen complication that I tap. It does have some noticeable lag when starting.
5 stars for the concept, 1 because it doesn’t work

iOS 13.1 watchOS 6 but this app hasn’t worked for quite a while. Would love and praise and recommend (and pay?) if/when it works

This is hands down a nice and simple, great implementation of Alexa in an Apple Watch. Super fast and usable on my iPhone XR / series 4 device. It is worth the $1.99 if you have ever wanted to control Alexa devices from your watch. I was worried about access to our Amazon account but this is clean and simple and no passwords required. Great job! Note - make sure and see the settings options on your watch. Just swipe.
