It just does not work. I was able to link it and get it to work at one time. It is now linked but does not work

Don’t even bother downloading, the app is horrible and never connects to my tv.

I’m not sure Vizio has proper change control in place here. I mean, I hate using ServiceNow as much as the next button-pusher, but I mean, come on! App works fine for minutes, hours, or sometimes even days at a time. Then the app doesn’t connect consistently to my Elevate sound bar, setting changes in the app often fail to apply to the device, audio setting gradients seem off, subwoofer (-9) and subwoofer (-10) are basically 1 and 0, but there’s two more steps down in the app ui. The sound bar, sub, and surrounds themselves are very nice, they sound great, and there’s a remote to make changes instead of using the app. I wish Vizio would put as much care into app development as they did in the development of this hardware.

the app is really laggy and it should be fixed. half the time i cant even use the button to click but every thing else works.

This is does not work at all on my 70 inch D series tv. It works on my 50 inch D series however since the update with the new GUI the app is useless. Im sure Vizio sell enough tv’s and sound bars to at least have a app that actually works with its products. Come on Vizio we are in the age of applications and uffyou guys cant produce a working for you tv’s than whats the point of even Having an app?
