I had a whole long review written but it just disappeared while I was still writing someone and I’m not doing all that again so long story short, the center console doesn’t work for me; up, down, sideways and enter. Now, considering those are the basic requirements of a remote, this bit is kinda pointless. Ciao!

I’ve gone back and forth with tech Support. It’ll be fixed and working then an update comes out and it won’t Connect to a tv. I’ve tried everything!! Even on my works TVs. Definitely get a different brand next time

Works great except for there is no OK button to select a channel or function I guess I’ll wait for an update

Great app. Lost my remote and this works perfectly and has more options than my remote head.

Updating to address response: There are no phones connected via Bluetooth or any other method. Absolutely terrible. There is a bug that doesn't allow me to connect to my soundbar. I get the error "too many paired devices". I reset the soundbar to factory and the error persists. Called support and was told to buy a new soundbar. Never again Vizio....

Haven’t had a problem until a couple weeks ago. Now one day it works the next day it doesn’t. So irritating. Wasted time I can never get back trying everything to get it to work. It worked a whopping 3 days this week, today I’m ready to throw it out. ?
