Poor Customer Service – Vivid Seats | Buy Tickets Review

I’m done with Vivid Seats. The customer service is horrendous. I had 50 dollars in reward credit that I haven’t used yet because of the pandemic. I go online to buy tickets today and find out that my credit expired on 1/1/2022. I wasn’t given any notice at all. I reach out to their customer service and they pretty much tell me “you snooze, you lose.” Funny how 50 dollars will end up costing them thousands in ticket sales from me.
