Sometimes the prices are decent on tickets and you think you can go to an event for a reasonable price… Think again, as they stick you with a $13 service fee per ticket plus extra for mobile tickets. Outrageous! $5 a ticket is a reasonable fee. Also, don’t make me wait until the very end to tell me about them after I’ve set up all my payment information. They should Include the fees prior to the payment information input

I decided to buy two cheap tickets for a Texans game. The link that was sent did not work and no one would help me. They kept saying they are a third party seller and that the seller confirmed the tickets had been delivered. Will Never use again. Usually buy lots of tickets. But for 2 $15 tickets, you lost a customer for life. I spent over 4 hours with different customer service reps all telling me sorry, we are a third party vendor…. So much for their money back guarantee…
