Connectivity problems constantly

Only got this VPN because y’all support Tim Pool. It’s hard to justify paying for it at all since I have connectivity issues constantly. The VPN CONSTANTLY turns off or crashes or whatever and if I’m home on Wi-Fi I will have zero connectivity to internet until I go to the VPN app and turn it off. Furthermore, when home on Wi-Fi, It’s impossible to connect to the VPN without turning off my Wi-Fi FIRST, and then turning VPN, and then Wi-Fi back on. It’s all backwards. Please fix. Sincerely, Disappointed

I now have no VPN on my computer iPad or phone because these numb skulls wanted all users to lose their privacy because the system failed Over adding software for a watch. Thanks but no thanks & I just signed up for another year. Great!!! Never again

Not a good transition on ‘upgrade’

I changed or attempted to change my password in order to get updated/upgraded, now I cannot connect to the vpn which has been down for much of the day, so that I must operate unprotected. My attempts continue to be unsuccessful. Obviously many bugs in the new system that weren’t properly dealt with prior to roll out. This customer is not happy !

I’ve used this VPN for several years now. They updated in January 2022 and it has not worked for me since! In the past I’ve had enough off and on trouble with this VPN that I am now going to go with some other server. When this one worked, for a short time, it was great! It is too inconsistent and it seems like the techs don’t really know why it doesn’t work and it is not my computer! I’ve had that checked out!
Intermittent connectivity

The connectivity of this service is wishy washy to say the least. The vpn seems to turn itself off every so often when I lock and then unlock my phone. Leading me to try a host of solutions from deleting and reinstalling the app, to selecting “Los Angeles” as the server location (as directed by a support specialist). These fixes sometimes work and in many cases such as today’s, they fail to. Leaving me to be unprotected until the service decides to function properly. It’s painful to know that I paid a decent penny to remain protected but I have this issue on a daily basis and it’s frankly becoming a bothersome and frustrating experience.
Won’t stay connected.

There has been connectivity issues since I started using this app. It will not stay connected for longer than 5 minutes. I miss texts, calls when it is working. I’m ticked off that I have been paying for this service and there is no improvement. I’ll be canceling subscription before Nov 8 billing and switching to something different.
