This app was recommended by a trusted source. Unfortunately, on my iPhone 7, this app will not stay Connected...I simply do not have the time to constantly monitor this. It should’ve been try for free ... ??

Wow, This company is nothing short of Amazing! Spectacular customer service team who truly cares and takes care of issues immediately. I had a minor glitch, and they had it rectified within a matter of minutes. Being in the customer service business myself I am all too aware of “The Whole World Revolves Around Me Mentality” therefore I don’t condone rude behavior that “those” with anything short of a ten star rating for this company. I am so satisfied with this company I am now going to plaster them all over my two national sites going up. Seriously, if you are in search of an “Easy to Use, Install With Spectacular Customer Support” go with Virtual Shield. I promise you will be happy that you did. Thank you Virtual Shield, you now have my Lifetime Subscription!
Worst VPN and worst customer service I ever came across

I was slapped by a warning from my ISP for accessing copyright material while using this VPN. When I contacted their customer support they asked me for the technical details but never bothered to get back to me and explain how it happened. Using A VPN that actually works this information wouldn’t have been accessible to my ISP. I stopped my subscription and switched to a different app that actually works.
WiFi Issues

Virtual Shield is an awesome app and really helpful VPN, but there is a problem. Virtual Shield DOES speed up WiFi’s and helps be anonymous. The only problem is ever since I downloaded and used this app, my WiFi will randomly cut off. I will have to go to settings and turn it back on and off. It’s very annoying and it’s tempting me to delete the app. PLEASE FIX THIS! Thank you!

I paid over $70. Had it working for about an hour but now it won’t find a server. Nothing on line about a solution. Impossible to contact the company to trouble shoot. FAIL!!
Great app, but having issues recently....

I’ve used this VPN for a while now, and until very recently is has worked flawlessly. However, I’ve recently been having an issue where the app disconnects, and will not reconnect unless I completely delete the app and reinstall it. This needs fixed immediately!

When it works, it’s great. However, be prepared to get out of the habit of jumping on your phone to quickly look up something. It does not stay connected. If you try to access the internet before it connects, it stunts the connection attempt. You have to go into the app, pick a new location and manually reconnect. It is a hassle.

VPN is good but I have too reset my phone just too use WiFi something is causing my WiFi not too connect while using this app but also needs a business phone number too even trust and get human help machines are useless
