Technically blocking Internet connections

The app works excellent in blocking IP server of privacy, yet at times it’s interrupting with my high-speed Internet connection. Sometimes my URLs/links will not open because of the VPN virtual shield is blocking it/it’s like strangling my Internet connection. That’s something your technical department needs to upgrade in their software platform of server frames. Other than that it’s excellent software for privacy protection.

Hi, I am constantly having to reconnect as the app seems to stop on its own for unknown reasons. Yes, sometimes it’s due to there being a poor/weak internet signal, but it’s also happening when my signal is just fine. Idk, to me this only enhances the paranoia of already being data mined. ??‍♀️

Continuous Disconnects

Almost every time I pick up my iphone my wifi is disconnected and the vpn is disconnected. Thus I can’t load any websites because my phone is trying to decide whether or not to use LTE or wifi which I prefer it use wifi as I am on a limited data plan. But if it keeps switching then I have no connection at all and what good is that? I have only had it now for a few hours but if they can’t stand behind their product or fix it then I may have to look elsewhere for a vpn. Unacceptable. When you sell a service and CHARGE FOR IT then it should work.

Get a vpn that works well and also doesn’t stab your internet speed to death. This vpn causes all sorts of problems for my devices. Sluggish operations, constant app crash. It appears your device will just restart if its struggling too hard. If redpill or X sent you, this vpn is straight trash.

Deleted and still charged

Product only worked in US. Deleted app. Still charged. I guess this is the part where someone says I have to do something else in order to keep my money or get it back. Stuff like this is why dealing with these companies is always miserable experience.

Sadly didn’t cancel after my first year. CANCELLED NOW.

This app and service is hot garbage. Maybe if the management put some money into their actual business instead of focusing on YouTube and podcast ad spend. Please listen to almost everyone else reviewing this service. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Doesn’t Work

The app doesn’t work. It says I am not connected to the internet once I login and attempt to connect. I sent chat requests for help and was advised to connect to their NY or CA location instead of my current location, it still did not work. I have u installed and reinstalled more than 6 times, still no luck. I sent a follow up chat and was told to u uninstall with airplane mode on the reinstall. Huh? That doesn’t even make sense. Airplane mode restricts. It appears I wasted money. BEWARE.

Messes up Internet speeds

I have to agree with some of the other reviews. It is a good app for blocking interference and unwanted visitors. However it slows down your phone I have the iPhone 12 promax and this app is absolutely horrible on killing the speed of my phone they need to do an update and figure out what their bugs are instead of just leaving it. And I have to agree with the other person. I would choose a different one if I could get my money back

This is a terrible app, wheel of death on app wont connect most of the time, i have to restart my computer constantly to get it to connect, even with app off, sometimes wont even allow me to browse through search engines and have to restart computer again and again. There fees that they charge to have such a crappy service are not worth it, look elsewhere, unless you like being frustrated 5 times everyday. I would give it a .5 if possible
