VirtualShield ??????

LLRambo

VirtualShield is OUTSTANDING! Had my reservations when I purchased and downloaded this great product. My advice is once you decide to get VirtualShield make sure you have a good internet connection while uploading and setting up your account. That way you won’t have any issues. Marine Veteran approved!

Connection issues

FedUpWithTech!

I am sad to have left VirtualShield due to more frequent connectivity issues when phones are locked & then unlocked, had to constantly reconnect the app, even after leaving my phone on constantly (low power mode & screen dimmed) to force the app not to disconnect and would still have to reconnect manually?! Had great customer service experience with Tom & Ashley working hard to keep us protected but, we have older phones even updated may have been part of the issues!

Easiest VPN App

GoMrYo

VirtualShield is by far the easiest VPN app I've ever used. I've recommended it all my friends and family, and it's especially handy that they have apps for all platforms and devices. Thank you for making it easy to keep my data private!

1) No refund policy so before you download read the entire privacy statement. 2) purchase if you want half the Internet speed that you have now! I went from 30mbs(ping-14) to 12mbs(ping-173) 3) Customer service WILL lie to you. VirtualShield--"respond to this email with your name, email address, and last four digits of your credit card number and we will process your refund". Next email in response to me sending information they requested from me was VirtualShield-- "We do not give refunds"

Please read the permissions that they ask for and read everything. The youtuber’s promoting this are shills or fakes also! Waste of money and time you have the right to be monitored.

This bricked my new iPhone 8

Fay-Fay

I just got a new phone and restored the last save from my last one that went through the washing machine. Well about halfway through setting it up I get a pop-up requesting VPN authorization code so I type in my password and hit ok. 2-3 seconds later it pops up again so I renter my password thinking I misspelled it or something and the same cycle happens. The Verizon guy was nice enough to try and when he couldn’t get it to work so he pulls up the VirtualShield webpage so we can see if we can figure it out. The FAQ says to just hit cancel and it will go away, which would be awesome if it actually worked. There is no phone number to call only email and live chat, this was Friday December 22, I knew that it was a holiday weekend so I knew I was SOL. I sent an email to support and prayed that someone might get back to me by some stroke of luck. Well I get a response from “Duane” telling me to “simply press cancel and for more info go to the FAQ” that tells me almost word for word the same thing. Immediately following that email I get another telling me my help request has be CLOSED. Why thank you auto response bot Duane! Thank god I have you to tell me the exact same thing the FAQ told me that I clearly explained I and numerous others tried. I’m going to have to go to an Apple store tomorrow to see if they can somehow override whatever and factory reset it for me since I can’t on account of the dang pop up appearing faster than I can even click on anything let alone enter any passwords to be able to turn off find my iPhone so I can factory reset it from my computer. I’m a single mom in a wheelchair with an autoimmune disease so I can’t not have a phone for emergencies so I have to get it fixed ASAP. I can’t think of anything I’d rather be doing the day after Christmas than driving the hour into Fort Worth to stand around at an Apple store hoping they can help with a 3 1/2 year old.

BEST VPN

I use it everyday. I'm happy

Unreliable!!!

Brusky

I would give negative stars if I could. Please review the 5 reasons below before making your decision. Note: I don’t usually rate apps but thought I could save others from the hassle I encountered. #1 there are much more reliable VPN services for a lot less money. #2 No app available for Mac, you have to use a Chrome or Firefox extension so your protection is limited. #3 The IOS app doesn’t work, I get error message every time I try to sign in. #4 I was able to access my account once but can’t anymore. Now I have a pending 172.00 Am. Express charge and received nothing for it. #5 I have at least 1.5 hours invested in this app but didn’t get what was promised. Now I have to worry about disputing the 170.00 charge on my American Express. This is by far my worst app experience.
