Absolutely useless – Virgin Mobile UAE Review

I had some issues with my ID update and after contacted Virgin a few times via the apps and email communication, the last response I received was “our technical team is working on this and we will get back in 48 hours”. It has been more than a week now and I haven’t hear back anything despite 4 follow up emails have been sent. As a customer with Virgin UK for the last 5 years I am extremely disappointed by Virgin UAE. The service quality is definitely not on par with their peer in UK. Incompetent and irresponsible are the best words to describe the support team which provided me zero assistance for the last few weeks despite many emails and request have been sent. Avoid Virgin UAE unless you don’t think you ever need the support.
