Cool concept but doesn’t work. Also, good luck if you need to change your WiFi network — doesn’t connect to the new network at all. Waste of money.

It seems you have to be within 10 ft of the WiFi transmission for the app to work So attic and garage are out I have reset several times .. pain when you have to rescan the qrcode each time

Just bought 3 of traps, and added them to my wifi network without issue. I even switched to another wifi network, and it was a breeze. Excited see how this goes!
Horrible idea

I bought trap was very complicated to set up for an old lady. Day 2 with help from Victor I got set up! I was notified I caught a mouse! I pulled the trap saw the tail twice of mouse. I opened the trap and I saw the mouse sitting up looking at me Alive! I immediately screamed and threw the trap! Mouse must of run under dishwasher again! I did catch it 6 hours later. When I got an alert I freaked out! It took me 24 hours to become brave enough to check it! Mouse 2 me 0! It got away again! I have this mouse trap in a bag taking back to menards! Not to mention I have 10 pack of grandpa’s Gus’s mouse repellent bags, 1 bottle of grandpa Gus’s spray as well as a 6 pack Bell & Howell ultrasonic repellent!

Very excited to get 4 traps from them... not cheap. None of them worked... WIFI set up is a giant pain, required me to call my internet service provider to discuss how to use dual band width... again not mentioned in the purchase and after all that customer service said you should hear a beeping noice very subtle when you turn it on. No sound... now I have to send them back, wait for RMA to receive new ones and start process all over again. 2 hrs of my time waisted...

I agree with all4hero. Please add a test button or some type of indicator on the App that confirms the trap is active and ready. I turned the power button off and the trap still showed connected. PLEASE FIX THIS! I actually got so frustrated with this product that I removed the batteries, packed it back in the box to return it to Home Depot, and the App STILL shows I’m connected and 97% battery life! Last night all the peanut butter was eaten out of the little bait cup with NO KILL! This is a GREAT IDEA, but a horrible product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!
