Couldn’t set up account.

After entering my email address to set up account from app the keyboard disappears not allowing me to enter a password. Update. After trying to set up several times I waited almost a minute and the keyboard finally showed up. Not sure why this happens. I was able to finally get an account set up. Have updated to 3 stars from 1.
Does NOT support hidden network

So if you have a hidden 2.4 Ghz g/n network, it can’t proceed if it doesn’t see your hidden or disable broadcast on 2.4 Ghz WiFi. The workaround is to enable to broadcast your 2.4 Ghz WiFi, complete the setup then make it hidden again. Or grab your old junk router and setup as additional router to only broadcast the 2.4 Ghz WiFi. Developers need to support hidden network, I have lots of smart plugs, smart switches and smart bulbs and all of them supports hidden network.

I am surprised at all of the bad reviews. For me, set up was easy. Took less than 5 min for each trap. I used two rat traps in my garage. Everything seems to work well. I came home and actually found 4 mice in one trap! I was shocked! I have 2 traps and have killed 6 mice in 2 days. Very happy with the product. Just wish I could change the “kills” since there was only one trigger but 4 mice were caught. Lol

They may have updated thepp in the last two months but they have not fixed the phooey no Wi-Fi connection in the last 24 hours error that has plagued this product. Simply call them and ask for a refund they will gladly send you a check vs. fix this software properly.

Now the traps are all gone and I can’t add them back in. App hasn’t been updated in 3 months. Wish I could get my money back.

I have a few of these around the house and the traps work. The kill notifications work well. There is a notification bug in the app that is annoying. It notifies daily that a trap has been offline more than 24 hours. It doesn’t indicate which trap has been offline in the notification or in the app. When I check the list of traps in the app they all show ‘last activity’ within the past 24 hours.

I bought the Out O’ Sight Mole trap. The packaging advises me to download this app and I cannot even find my trap in here.

It’s probably better without the app. The product itself needs major indicators. You have no idea if the trap is armed or disarmed. That’s how terrible this product is. I got 2 kills and the app notified 1 kill about 3 weeks later.
