Someone sent me $1000 and they charged me 1.9% I needed to refund them and they told me they wouldn’t want to refund me the fee
Great way to send money

This app makes life so much easier. If I want to go in on a gift, tickets, a dinner etc. I can send the money on here and be done with it. No ATM, no IOU, and no angry friend because you haven’t had a chance to see them yet to pay them back. They also have a debit card that links right to your Venmo account and bank account. I have been using Venmo for years and I would consistently say they are a 5 star app.

1stars and only because they did email me back at least although nothing worked!!This has been the worse experience I’ve had with a app ! For 3 days my payment keeps being declined & no one can tell me why! I’ve spent countless hours for 3 days emailing and did everything they suggested & payment still is declined. Im frustrated & tired of stressing with it. Since no one can seem to fix the problem I guess I have no choice but to delete the app. So sad

Garbage protocols and procedures. No other cash service app is that intense. Pointless app!
