No protection from scam

There is no protection from being scammed on Venmo!! I’m out 3700.00 due to Venmo allowing this!

You cant change bank transfers from standard to instant like cashapp, just download cashapp, this app stupid, its so extra

I use this card for ever day transactions, small and bigger purchases. It’s like my savings account for fun stuff.
Terrible App

Rarely works, trying to get help to solve the problem doesn’t work because the app’s customer service is automated and they obviously don’t care. Use CashApp or Apple Pay. This app is a piece of crap.

The email says to click a link to verify amts deposited and removed from checking. The link does not take you to the page to verify. I had to search for it. Then it wouldn’t allow me to put the cents amt. You would think, because it’s cents, you would put .25, but no it wouldn’t accept it. I thought, well maybe it needs the $? Like $.25. Nope. It ended up just being 25. Just stupid. Learn to make things easier AND the way you explain. ?

Identity verification taking way too long

I have been trying to send money to a friend, the money is IN my VENMO account. So I googled it and some said do the identity verification, I did that and it said 2-3 business days. It’s now been 10 days. Absolutely ridiculous. This is now another reason why I use cashapp!
