They lie. They say you can transfer a certain amount each month. That’s a complete lie. They bait and switch you. Well, we can’t do this transaction, we have no idea why so why not use PayPal?! What a scam.

I am 4/5 on Venmo. The good is I can use this card everyday, anywhere, and the fraud protection is good. The bad is it takes a long time for my money to be transferred from the bank to Venmo.
Can’t change anything

Can’t delete notifications. Won’t let me change my business address without contacting customer service. Haven’t been at that address since 2020. Really is ridiculous. Frustrating and ridiculously outdated. Get better
