First they charged me for someone sending me money… It wouldn’t allow me to transfer my money right away to my bank acct… So I have absolutely no money especially that I needed it immediately that is why I was sent the money to begin with. I will never use this app ever again.

I will not do business with any connection to PayPal. The are crooks and my funds were not secured.

Contacted customer service and was told they couldn’t help me with fraud on my account. Ended up taking the loss and then they randomly two months later froze my account and are now holding my money and won’t tell me why.
Venmo will take your money and there’s nothing you can do

Venmo will freeze your funds without notice if anyone files a bogus claim on your account. They will not let you access any investments I. Their platform including cash transactions and/or crypto investments. Do not use this platform if you value your cash.

Randomly froze my account

Froze my account with no communication or reason. Did not give me proper guide lines to reverse it. Lost me $500 of my paycheck. Will never ever be using again. Screw Venmo.
