USPS by far is my go to shipper. With all the different locations easy pricing easy drop off it makes it easier for me and my customers to get their product. Thanks Tim

Seems to do what it needs. I just wish it would leave me logged in like the old informed delivery app used to.

This app used to be great. Posting in hopes someone is reading these and fixes this crap. Ever since a recent update it is extremely annoying to use - it’s easier to just use the website honestly. When in the app you constantly receive a pop-up window that tells you you’re leaving the app (regardless of if you’re actually leaving the app or not) and when you click on any tracking numbers to view details it gives you the mentioned pop-up and then closes the app and opens a webpage to the tracking. Why even use the app if it’s going to redirect me to the webpage?? So inconvenient, the point of an app is to AVOID THE WEBPAGE, so why the redirect? PLEASE fix this ASAP, this have been going on for quite a while. I’ve been waiting and waiting and it’s still not resolved.

Fix the app. It now goes to the website when you click on tracking. Can’t rename tracking numbers. Absolutely ridiculous

This app had me start about three times and I was not able to get the information I was looking for. Very disappointed

Zip code 10475 is the best! I have been so please with my local postal carrier, she’s the absolute best in customer service! Also, I too love the local postal station, they are courteous, friendly and professional! Thank you from 10475!??

My package was sent to my original base. I am military, not only did it take several weeks to arrive, and I understand, it was the holidays, things take time. Not to mention COVID season, but when tracking the package not only did it not tell me where the package was but when I opened a case it wasn’t until then I finally got wind it was still where it was sitting for 3 weeks. I moved bases and it’s taken over 2 and a half months for me to get the package. I don’t know where it is, and everything I’ve done to try and figure out has been turned down. I’ve opened two cases, the second time I never heard anything and it was closed after three days and I got no confirmation as to where. I’ve tracked it everyday for 4 weeks with still no clue where my package is. I’ve tried to open a claim to claim some insurance to at least have some closure because I don’t know where my package is and that go declined saying it was “delivered”. Yes, maybe to the first address but it’s been over a month and it’s still not here? I could drive to where ever the package is and still make it back in a shorter amount of time than it has taken to get it to me. I will never be using USPS again, and to still not have heard anything when I’ve called number after number and opened case after case is absolutely ridiculous.
