Use to be good app

This use to be a great app until they changed it where it goes on the internet now when you track a package, also I can’t had a name to the package I’m tracking anymore. Go back to the original app were everything was done inside the app.

As others have noted, recent updates now track deliveries by opening the web page, instead of opening within the app. It would be nice to have this fixed!

I used to like this app. I would use it track packages I ship. Now when I enter a tracking code I can’t edit the name of it in the app.

This app is useless all it does is redirect you to the web version. There’s absolutely no reason to have this app unless they fix it like it was before.
No longer as useful

Once each piece of mail and package was listed in my daily email, then the email arrived, but no listings, so I would go to this app and sign in - to find only number of mail pieces listed - no photos of the letter. Then even that stopped. Now, it would seem we are back and running. One only can hope and pray. When here it was very useful. Please return it to its original usefulness. Thanks SYB in Virginia

Really loved this app until now. When it comes to tracking if you tap the tracking number it takes you to the website which is OK . But, you can't put a "nickname" on anything especially if you're expecting multiple packages. Really very disappointed with this app. I tried to do what I was able to do on the app on the website with no luck.

I use to love the app as I could track multiple packages at once, all named so a quick glance would tell me the status of each. Now, it’s far less useful since that feature has been removed. I can still sign into informed delivery and assign a nickname to a tracking number but it requires multiple clicks and more time. Please bring that feature back.

Use it all the time to track packages, works great. ABOVE IS WHAT I wrote years ago and was true till recently. Hopefully they will fix this last update soon. Agree with those that said there is no reason to use this app anymore. Hopefully will change back to the 5 stars with the next update.
USPS IS THE WORST! Dissolve the money pit known as the USPS

If you want a simple small package to take f-ing ten days to get from California to the Midwest go with USPS! If you want a good reasonable time like 3-5 like the USPS PROMISED TO WITH UPS OR FEDEX
