Thank you for this app. As a working mom, I don’t have time to go shopping, so I order clothes, try them on, and return if necessary. This app makes that a breeze. I have USPS pick up my returns a couple times a month and it’s worked every time!
This app used to work

This app used to work great, then after a recent update I can no longer view the tracking data without having to leave the app. It makes it very inconvenient and I can only imagine this has something to do with Louis Dejoy’s goal to make the United States Postal service as inefficient as he can. Please fix that issue, there should be no reason to open tracking data outside of the app.

I have several packages coming and none of them are showing up otherwise I LOVE THE APP AND THE INFORMED DELIVERY. Additionally, I personally think ALL THE USPS EMPLOYEES are doing a GREAT JOB WITH THE OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF DELIVERIES THEY MAKE. I appreciate the work they do!
USPS App is getting worse!

The USPS app for iOS has regressed. I cannot give tracking numbers aliases anymore. When I have created a shipping number it should automatically add it to my tracking list, and allow me to give it a name. Come on USPS developers! You can do better!
No informed mail information
Bad Work Ethics
I have not received any information on my mail and most of my mail has been lost or stolen. They inform me if my PO Box payment is due but never if I have mail in coming. They have also put my mail in other’s PO Boxes and has returned them to sender without double checking if they made a mistake on delivery!

I’ve received the same notification several times a day for about 4 days that my package was “ ready for pickup at the P. O at the zip code 76109”, one will answer the phone number listed for the iP. O. at zip code 76109
