The postal never delivers my package as is stated on this app. The message says delivered and I never have the packages until days after, if I get them at all. I wish I could give zero stars. It wasn’t always like this just since 2020.

Not a good day to give me a survey. A friend of mine paid extra for a package to arrive today at my house. Tracking says it’s supposed to be here. Whoever delivers our mail did not bring it. No covid excuses either. Tired of that. Just do your job.
Retain Ship to addresses

This feature needs to be added. I shouldn’t have to constantly type in addresses we frequently ship to. Thanks!

I keep getting text messages saying that delivery was attempted with no access to address! All I get is lies from them! On numerous occasions I get texts saying delivery attempted with no access! Today I saw him drive by drop off mail to group of mail box by mine, five in a row, then send a text saying my package wasn’t going to be delivered!! This is unacceptable!! This is not the first time!! I will be using anybody but them even if I have to pay more!! It took me over a month to get a letter and then I got the next months at the same time!! Discussed at them!!
