Can’t Request a Pickup Anymore

Used to be able to request a pickup in the app but now you can’t because when you get to the item where it asks where your pickup items are located (such as the front door, porch, at the mailbox, etc.), you’re only given the “Select” choice, which isn’t a choice at all. So at that point you can’t progress any further and that’s it. It’s a shame because otherwise the app is good. Guess they just messed something up and with lack of QA rolled it out. Maybe someone will read this review and fix it. Fingers crossed.

How did I live without Informed Delivery!?!

I love the USPS App!!! I can mail Priority and Express without setting foot in my crowded Post Office!!! (BONUS: reduced price) I can track my shipments from my phone or even Hold my Mail... most of all, the informed delivery let’s me know if there is something important in my mail by showing you an actual picture of each piece!!! Packages are automatically tracked so you know where or when there is a delay!!! ALL this and more!!! FREE of Charge!!!

I’ve been using it for well over a month now and find it pretty useful showing me what is arriving in a pretty inconvenient to access mailbox (have to pull over, get out in the dark, unlock for access community box bank) and it’s nice to know when I can skip a day or two. I order stuff from eBay that comes USPS Priority or First Class and haven’t seen on of those yet and there’s been over a dozen that should’ve appeared on the app. Maybe that was one of the sorting machines that evil Postmaster Louis DeJoy junked, too bad Biden can’t fire him, but Lou, you really should quit nobody enjoys your actions customers or workers who work very hard and you made it harder.
