Love my UP2. Really helps my health and conditioning. The customer service is awesome. Best customer service of any product I own. My latest one finally has a catch that works.

I have had both bands. I love them as well as the app. I upgraded to the UP3 and I am never without it. Keeps me on track. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service whenever I have issues. My band do break once but the customer service was wonderful with fast response. I have purchased UP bands or gifts.

I love the app and band, just wish it updated on its own throughout the day, instead of me clicking on app and having to sync it but I love it.
Not all fitness tracker vendors think of the app

I have tried other "sport bands" - UP is the most accurate with the longest charge time as well as monitoring my activity independently without me having to be conciliatory of it. My only dissatisfaction is that it doesn't have a constant pulse reading esp during activities

Inlike the app and the features it has but there is always somthing that you dont like about it.i have an up3 and it a nice and accurate thing untill it stops working.this i my thired up3 with warranty within a year and i dont know how much this time is going to last.
