It would have been a very good application when support replies or listens. I was not able to connect to my weight scale or my fitness bike. Also, huge errors when integrating with diet apps...

I love it.The only part that I don't like is that it always adds sleep. For example,if I slept 7 hr 29 min it would add 7 hr 29 min, even if delete it.It even does that when I disconnect from health.-3 stars.Hope for an update. Also, please open back up from closing down!I have to use Amazon to shop.

Seems like the app is not keeping up with the newer iOS versions. Getting slower and slower and more unresponsive. Doesn’t track at all when I’m walking with my baby in the stroller or when I’m on the elliptical even when using the arm feature. I honestly don’t think the developers are upgrading at all. I used to adore this app. Now I’m just frustrated. And there’s no response from customer support. They don’t answer phone calls or emails.
Up, Up, & away!
Is more accurate at tracking steps than the iPhone. Overall, great for the price & the app is quite user friendly

I love the tracking system on the app. It keeps track of my sleep and steps pretty accurately. The sleep app allows you to edit if it mistakenly captures the wrong time. My only pet peeve is the accuracy when pushing a cart, but other than that the app is very good. Now the bands are not good! I've had to replace my UP2 twice because the band broke. I replaced my granddaughter's band and my son's UP3 has had to be replaced twice also. Get the band redesigned and you will kill FitBit!

Having the regular feedback on steps taken, sleep managed, and resting heart rate moves me to see how I can look and feel younger.

Have had the UP 2 for a couple of months - like it just as well as first one. REALLY like the app - steps walked, sleep and the health tips/encouragement to do more/take better care of myself.
