I just submitted my first (hopefully last) claim and it was seamlessly easy! While I can’t say how things will go from here (I’m hopeful), I can at least say that. I love the fact that I didn’t have to talk to someone over the phone to submit this. Sometimes that’s a grueling process especially if there are long wait times or an automated robot trying to do all the work. I’ll update after the claim is looked into further!

1 year later after an ink stain incident on our couch cushion, we still haven’t had uniters replace it. The first six months consisted of dozens of phone calls. Repeated promises from employees and management that they would figure out why things were taking so long and update us right away. No call backs, no updates, nothing. Eventually they told us that instead of replacing the cushion they would send us a completely new couch however in doing so it would then void all warrantees. This didn’t seam fair to my wife and I but just wanting the process to be done with, we agreed. Delivery day came around and we were baffled to find out that they brought the wrong sofa. What’s the point of the pictures and the video I had to provide just to start the claim. This experience has given us no hope that uniters will make this right. Likely we won’t buy protection plans ever again and living spaces is one place you won’t find us shopping!! It’s unfortunate that living spaces had to loose out on this deal but that is what will happen when you hire a sub par company to handle your warrantee division

I just submitted my claim for damages on my dining room table. The process to submit my claim was really easy. I liked that I was able to take photos and videos within the steps of making my claim. By far the easiest claim process I have ever completed. Let’s hope that I can get a response quick and that my table can actually get fixed.

Interesting thing is I work at a furniture store and sell/have sold this protection plan for 3 years now. When I purchased my own furniture back in October, my son set the hair dryer down on the chaise seat and then my other son spilled Crystal Light pink lemonade (huge stain) 2 days later on the same piece of furniture!!! I submitted a claim using the app, I received an email of confirmation of claim submitted, and then I received a text within a matter of days to pick a day and time that was available. A gentleman came out, assessed the damage, submitted his report, and I got a new cover for my chaise cushion!!! $950 chaise saved!!! Anyway, as a seller and user of this protection, I highly recommend the app. It’s easy, fast, and works!!!

Used the app to upload pictures they told me to upload in APRIL and they keep emailing me to send pictures. I reply I did in the app and they keep sending me the same email to send pictures. Why tell people to use your app when you don’t use it yourself ?! Btw it’s August now ??♀️??♀️??♀️ get it together people.

Great app but the warranty is terrible. They’ll come up with any excuse to NOT cover furniture.
