Every time I open this app, it says "an error has occurred. Please try again later." Waste of time.

Used once to submit a claim. The claim went through and was somewhat addressed by Uniters. They sent me a stain removal kit and told me to remove the stain myself. After attempting and failing to remove the stain myself, I tried to submit a new claim. When I returned to the app, I get an error message and the app ceases to run. Please fix.

This app won't open keeps crashing and locking my phone up. Better chance staying on hold for 30 minutes with company.

Downloaded worry free, downloaded Uniters when I get to file a claim it closes and doesn't let me proceed.

Trying to enter a claim and the app consistently crashes when I have to choose the product warrantied. Prior it crashed when I tried to choose the damage done to the item. Either way it won't allow me to make a claim. I am using iOS 8.

Trying to make a claim and the app crashes over and over again. So I call and get told hang on and then get sent to VM??? What good is a warranty when you cannot make a claim?????? ?????????????
