Quick and painless

My dog threw up on my carpet. I put a claim in through the app, uploaded a pic of the stain and writhing 24 hours I was approved. The company I purchased he carpet from replaced the carpet that same week. I highly recommend.

I’ve been trying to submit a claim, but every time I click the I Agree button to agree to the terms of service, the app crashes.

See title. I click on ‘add a claim’, select the policy, then on ‘Agree’ (terms and conditions) and it crashes every-single-time.

Broken sofa

This is an awful site I cannot get a hold of anybody and talk to anybody every time I hit submit it says error try again I haven’t had the couch for a year yet and it’s already broken and falling apart and I would like this to get taken care of and I have no way of getting hold of anybody I will wind up going to @ Value City Furnitureand talking to someone where I purchased the couch

I have a three year warranty on a 1 year old couch and all they want to do is dodge you. Submitted a claim and now all I get is errors. Don’t buy a warranty backed up by Uniters.

Run away, unless you want a complete headache

They send mediocre spot cleaners to clean your furniture and make you perform like a circus act by having you submit disputes, pictures, phone calls... etc. only to give you the poorest quality cleaning. I waited 6 months to have them get to the last clean up and tell me the they have a small machine that only spot clean and my couch would still have stains. I have stayed on the phone with them for over 4 hours (one call) to fix problems and get someone out to do the service call. They do everything they can to NOT help. SERVICE IN ORDER: First, they show up with a clipboard and take pictures. Then they say they need a better machine. Then... NOTHING! It has gotten to the point where I went back to living spaces to see if they can intervene, living spaces was helpful, but it points you right back to this SHADY BUSINESS. Best advice giving... SCOTCH GAURD YOUR UPHOLSTERY FURNITURE. RUN, RUN, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

Seriously got the stupid coverage because I have an older dog that has accidents and they showed me how pee was covered so they just wrote back oh if there’s no stain it’s not covered ?????? Like whatttttt!!!!!! There’s a huge lining on the couch it’s all drying up I can bring it to you and maybe the dog piss smell will change your mind! Or I can pour a bottle of wine on it and then have you come clean that you simple minded people. Great work people doing real good
