Do not trust this company, I have a 3 years full warranty and now I have an issue with my sofa consider as a factory issue I opened a claim but they did not accept it! I do not why??

I have experienced 3 different issues with the app thus far. While it is quick and easy to submit a claim I noticed the following, not sure if these are app issues or customer service issues. Tried talking to customer service about these issues and they basically told me they couldn’t help with app issues. -Contact info entered in the app is not the contact info they use. -If you submit a question on the claim status on the app they don’t respond -The approval/denial reason for the claim is not accurate and does not match the email. I had a claim denied, the app said it was denied because the damage happened during moving, while the email said it was denied because it was out of the timeframe. When talking to customer support, they said the app wasn’t correct.
I have submitted claims and all denied immediately the next day. One out of 5 times having to call I got to talk to one person who was amazing and had to re open the claim that was immediately denied. A tech was sent out, 1 portion was repaired. But this is the hardest warranty company I have ever dealt with. Macy’s should not be selling this and we’re trying to get a refund. Feels like a scam.
