The app is nice is that once you input all the info, it's saved and you can access claims. Filing a claim is a pain. I have twice filed claims, and end up having to call, b/c at the final stages of the claim process when I add photos of the stain/damage, the claim won't allow me to complete. I keep getting an "Error" message. The app prompts me to try again later. What?!? I just spent all this time inputting the damage, identifying the portions of the couch affected, and taking photos, and it wants me to try again later. If it's going to be picky, at least allow me to save my claim as a draft so I do not have to re-do everything.

This review is just for app. I cant open the app it crashes every time. For a customer service based company they sure dont want to talk to you ever by not giving out their phone number and making you use an app that doesnt work.

It gives me an error message as soon as I turn it on. I've downloaded the app, deleted it, and downloaded it again, and still the same thing. I have an iPhone 6. I should not be having these problems.

Latest version crashes on startup and it hasn't been fixed in weeks. Almost as if they made it do this on purpose or else it'd be fixed by now.

Just downloaded it and it's giving me an error message. I deleted it and redownloaded it and it's still giving me an error message and can not open.
Used to be ok, now doesn't work at all

Not sure what happened. This app worked pretty well about 6 months ago, now crashes on launch. Needs updating.
